As somebody who used to work in advertising I think you are on to the right idea for a billboard. People going by at 65 plus mph don't have time to read a whole lot so branding is what you really want to go for. The only thing I would think about changing is perhaps the font on your web address. Just make sure that it is easy to read while travelling quickly past it. Its the only thing that will point them to where to go (and they may not see the "church" aspect of it).

I love it! Great job....I would hust put the website in black and possibly a bit bigger. I know driving by at 70mph I could miss it.
